Differences Between Products
Differences between products
Have you ever wondered what differences between these products are ?
① JUICE
② DRINK
③ NECTAR
I'm sure that you can easily distinguish juice from the drink, but what about nectar ? Which one is better, juice or nectar ? Is Nectar associated with some thicker juice ? Maybe Nectar is more healthier ? Not really.. 😕
➜ Let me introduce you the composition of ech product.
① JUICE - Orange juice 100% from concentrated juice.
② DRINK - Water, orange juice from concentrated juice (28%), sugar and/or high-fructose corn syrup, colourific concentrate from black carrot, red oranges juice from concentrated juice (1%), acidity regulator - lemony acid, witamin E, D, G - depending on used ingredient.
③ NECTAR - banan juice with pieces of flesh from concentrated juice (70%), water, sugar and/or high-fructose corn syrup, acidity regulator - lemony acid, witamin C, D, G - depending on used ingredient.
And I think that it's WORTH KNOWING! 💥 👀
- the order on which the ingredients are listed isn't accidental. Ingredients are listed from the largest amount of the ingredient to the least.
- what concentrated juice is ? From the "normal" juice water is evaporated, and then the same amount that was evaporated before is added.
So to sum up the products - JUICE is just fruit juice, NECTAR has juice + water + sugar or another sweetening. And the last one DRINK in this one can be everything - sugar, conservative, dyes
So if you want to drink juice choose JUICE not NECTAR or DRINK. Sometimes on the packing there isn't "JUICE" writing but "100%" and this is the same think. So be careful and don't be suggested by nice packaging! 💪😊

➜ Another product which I would like to compare is OAT FLAKES. We have three kinds of this product - normal oat flakes, instant oat flakes and mountain oat flakes.
① NORMAL OAT FLAKES
② INSTANT OAT FLAKES
③ MOUNTAIN OAT FLAKES
I think that most of use don't know what is the difference between them.
Which one is the best one ? Normal , instant or mountain one ? 👀
Firstly we have to know something more about each of them to answer this question.
① Normal oat flakes -> they are obtained from the whole grain subjected to the smallest hydrothermal treatment.
② Instant oat flakes -> they are obtained from cut grain and they are subjected to the special heat treatment.
③ Mountain oat flakes -> they are obtained from cut grain.
The least processed are normal oat flakes - which you have to cook and mountain oat flakes which you have to boil. And the instant oat flakes you can eat cold.
WORTH KNOWING 💥
➜ GLYCEMIC INDEX - Instant oat flakes have higher glycemic index than normal or mountain one. But usually we don't eat oat flakes without anything but with nuts or natural jogurt and they can lower the glycemic index.
➜ SATIETY INDEX - Oat flakes have high satiety index.
So after eating oat flakes we are much longer full, than for example after eating corn flakes with milk.
Well, it's good to eat oat flakes because you don't feel hungry so fast and they have a lot of vitamin, protein and fibre.

And the last one product which I would like to show you is butter.
① this is BUTTER
② This is NOT butter
This comparison is more like make you more aware how commercials works. Because the first product is the real butter it contains only : milky fat (83%) but the other product contains much more ingredients, bad ingredients like : vegetable fat, unhardened palm fat, sunflower oil, whey oil, emulgators : E471, E472, E322, acidity regulator, lactic acid, dyes, aromas, milky fat (76%) on which (64%) is vegetable fat and (12%) lactic fat.😱💀
And the think is that the packaging are really similar what can confuse the consumer. But there is one small difference on the packaging on the real butter we can see small cows and on the other one we can't see it because it is forbidden for companies to used them for fake products.
The same is with eggs. On eggs that are not free range, on packaging can't be pictures of chickens running on the grass.
These are only small details on which we don't draw attention but we should! 💫💪
