WATER, EXERCISES, DIET...








In today's world we have a weird pursuit of ideal body and being healthy. Really often most of us freak out about the healthy lifestyle. The problem usually appears among young girls, who feel the pressure from a modern world. The biggest influence on self-perception and our self-assessment has social media. 


72% women and 38% admitted that they compere their bodies to the bodies from social media

⇨  50% women who took part in this survey feel bad in their own body when they see the ideal bodies from social media. 👎

Fit contents on social media have big influence on self-perception. It began the pressure to look in a certain way.

⇨ Fitspiration images or profiles on social media could be helpful, you can get a valuable information about diet or exercises but it could destroy you in some way.

Well, it's good to keep the balance. Today I'm going to tell how to keep the balance and how to treat yourself the best you can  💟

First of all you have to know that everyone on the planet are not the same! And that's really good one! It would be so boring if everyone was the same. 💜

Sometimes your mood makes you feel bad. Sometimes you have terrible headache and you feel sleepy and tired in the morning. And I have a small advice for you and this is of course WATER.  👏Sometimes just one cup of water can make you feel much better!





So, your body is 60% water. On average, you lose 2-5% of your body weight from water loss every time you work out!
H20 (water) is what keeps your muscles primed, blood glowing and the nerves in your brain firing.
How can happen if you lost
🔻2% of Body Weight from Dehydration 
- Muscles cramp
-Brain shrinks
-Body struggles with fatigue

🔻5-7% of Body Weight from Dehydration
-Dry mouth
-Headaches
-Dizziness
-Confusion

🔻8% of Body Weight from Dehydration (MEDICAL ATTENTION IS NEEDED!)
-Little or no urine

-Swollen extremities

Another topic to feel better is proper diet. When most of us go on a diet try to avoid sweets, white bread sometimes diary products and start eating nuts, avocado using coconut oil and its ok but you have to eat as much calories as you need. You have to remember that healthy products usually have more calories than the other products.  There's no need to go crazy and refuse yourself everything. You just need to take as much calories as you need. So you can eat one or two pieces of pizza or some cookies and you won't put on weight! But your caloric demand must agree and that's all 😊



What about exercises ? To lose weight you don't have to exercise, you just have to take care about your caloric demand. But to feel better and have more energy during a day you should exercise! 💪💦💥 And everyone should have a small activity during the day. Most of us after hard day at work just sit in front of the TV and thats how the evenings look like. We should have about 30 minutes activity during a day in other words we should make 10 000 steps a day. So it's not to much and Im sure that will be helpful for you to have more energy during the day 💋
